Projekt ITT je zavr\u0161en 2016. godine.<br \/>\nLu\u010dka uprava Plo\u010de je bila nositelj Projekta ITT i zadu\u017eena za dio kapitalnih infrastrukturnih ulaganja u luku Plo\u010de, sve s ciljem ja\u010danja konkurentnosti i tr\u017ei\u0161nog pozicioniranja luke Plo\u010de. Procijenjena vrijednost po\u010detnog ulaganja u izgradnju infrastrukture iznosila je \u010dak milijardu kuna, a sredstva su se osigurala iz vi\u0161e izvora. Najve\u0107i izvor financiranja bila je <strong>Svjetska banka s kreditima u iznosu 108,8 milijuna eura, Vlada Republike Hrvatske te sama Lu\u010dka uprava Plo\u010de<\/strong>.<br \/>\nS obzirom da je svrha Projekta ITT pove\u0107avanje lu\u010dkih kapaciteta, u\u010dinkovitosti i kvalitete usluga s kojima se ja\u010da pozicija luke Plo\u010de na tr\u017ei\u0161tu robnog transporta (posebno onom koji \u0107e se vezati uz prometni pravac <strong>Koridora V.c<\/strong>), njime je obuhva\u0107eno vi\u0161e komponenti, odnosno podprojekata:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Kontejnerski terminal<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>Terminal rasutih tereta<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>Ulazni kompleks<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>Lu\u010dki informacijski sustav<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>[\/et_pb_text][et_pb_gallery gallery_ids=&#8221;3196,3355,3363,3193&#8243; fullwidth=&#8221;off&#8221; show_title_and_caption=&#8221;off&#8221; show_pagination=&#8221;off&#8221; background_layout=&#8221;light&#8221; auto=&#8221;off&#8221; hover_overlay_color=&#8221;rgba(255,255,255,0.9)&#8221; caption_all_caps=&#8221;off&#8221; use_border_color=&#8221;off&#8221; border_color=&#8221;#ffffff&#8221; border_style=&#8221;solid&#8221; \/][et_pb_text background_layout=&#8221;light&#8221; text_orientation=&#8221;justified&#8221; use_border_color=&#8221;off&#8221; border_color=&#8221;#ffffff&#8221; border_style=&#8221;solid&#8221; background_position=&#8221;top_left&#8221; background_repeat=&#8221;repeat&#8221; background_size=&#8221;initial&#8221;]<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Terminali se rade po principu <strong>javno-privatnog partnerstva,<\/strong> po kojemu nakon ulaganja Lu\u010dke uprave Plo\u010de u infrastrukturu, koncesionar Luka Plo\u010de d.d. ima obvezu ulaganja u prekrcajnu opremu s kojom terminali postaju operativni, te obvezu obavljanja djelatnosti.<\/p>\n<p>Kontejnerski terminal zavr\u0161en je 2010. godine i u funkciji je od 2011. godine. Izgradnja infrastrukture Terminala za rasute terete zavr\u0161ena je 2016. godine, a operacionalizacija se o\u010dekuje 2018. godine, nakon ugradnje opreme koju nabavlja koncesionar.
