Ploce Port Authority’s mission is to ensure safe and efficient use of the port (Plo\u010de maritime port and Metkovic river port) by those\u00a0 who are entitled to use its facilities and to navigate its waters. This includes duties of regulating navigation and traffic density, planning, systematic surveilling and controlling vessels’ movement and protecting the environment.<\/p>\n

Before vessel’s arrival at Ploce port, vessel master or shipping agent has to provide a written information (Notice of Arrival) to Ploce Port Authority and the Harbour Master’s Office:<\/p>\n
Changes (added, deleted or altered information) to the arrival notice must be communicated as soon as possible, but at least:<\/p>\n

(brodovi koji prevoze opasne terete moraju dostaviti naziv svake opasne tvari koju prevoze, brojeve Ujedinjenih naroda (UN), ukoliko postoje, IMO-ov razred opasnog tereta sukladno Me\u0111unarodnom kodeksu opasnih tvarima (IMDG), Me\u0111unarodnom kodeksu za gradnju i opremanje brodova za prijevoz opasnih kemikalija u razlivenom stanju (IBC) i Me\u0111unarodnom kodeksu za gradnju i opremu brodova koji prevoze ukapljene plinove u razlivenom stanju (IGC) i, ukoliko je to slu\u010daj, razred broda sukladno INF Kodeksu, koli\u010dine tih tvari i njihova lokacija na brodu i, ukoliko se prevoze u prijevoznim jedinicama koje nisu spremnici, njihov identifikacijski broj; potvrda da se na brodu nalazi popis ili manifest ili odgovaraju\u0107i plan ukrcaja s podrobnim podacima o opasnim ili one\u010di\u0161\u0107uju\u0107im tvarima koje se prevoze i o njihovoj lokaciji na brodu; adresa na kojoj se mogu dobiti podrobnije informacije o teretu.)<\/p>\n
